In a last minute shocker Tommy Hilfiger called of his wedding to Dee Ocleppo just days before it was to take place at his Caribbean home on the Island of Mustique.
The planned date for the doomed nuptials was 8/8/08 which is considered to be the luckiest day of the Millennium for the Chinese. That was why the date was chosen as the start of the Olympics. A huge bash was planned for October at the Plaza Hotel in New York. In a joint statement the 57 year-old designer and former model said that the change of heart is amicable.

Victoria Beckhman will not be showing this September during New York Fashion Week.

Posh Spice supposedly planned to unveil a pricey women’s collection, however she killed all rumours. Beckham recently cancelled a denim collection in partnership with dVb Jeans after retailers were not impressed and did not place orders.

A 24 year-old fan that went to a Times Square bar to present Lil’ Kim with a bouquet of flowers during a party in honour of the lady rapper’s birthday was murdered. Ingrid Rivera ended up on the rooftop bar with at the Spotlight Club with a stranger when an argument occurred.  24 year-old Syed Rahman, who worked at the bar confessed to police that he beat her over the head in anger. It is believed that Rivera refused his sexual advances and that led to the fatal altercation.
