  Matthew Williamson for H&M

There was orchestrated madness around the globe as Matthew Williamson’s designer collection finally arrived at H&M shops.

In what has become something of a ritual with other celebrity guest designers such as Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Victor & Rolf and Roberto Cavalli hundreds of shoppers lined up outside stores worldwide long before the doors opened.

Eager fans dropped hundreds of dollars to snatch up the coveted mostly bright summer pieces. For those who missed out a second collection will be released in May.

  Los Angeles << More >>

Gwyneth Paltrow reportedly decided to clean out her closets and auction off her excess wardrobe as part of her move from London back to Los Angeles. She plans to part with 100 of her most treasured things which include items from Lanvin, Balenciaga and Jimmy Choo.

All money raised will be donated to the ‘Robin Hood Foundation’, an organization which helps fight poverty in New York. The sell off will take place on eBay. A spokesperson for the auction website stated, "She had a big clear-out of her wardrobe and wants to raise money for one of the charities she's involved in.”
