Paris – To celebrate the 120th anniversary of Lavin, Creative Director Alber Elbaz was asked to design two postage stamps for the French Postal service.
He produced 2 playful and colourful doodles that are scheduled to go on sale early next year. They included Lanvin’s historic mother-and-daughter logo. Founder Jeanne Lanvin, who died in 1946, was considered to be one of the most influential designers of the 1920s and '30s.
<<Alber Elbaz will expand his creative repertoire to design two 'haute postage stamps' for the French Postal service.
