New York
It should hardly be a surprise to anyone that Gisele Bundchen for a sixth year in a row tops the Forbes list of the highest compensated fashion models. The shocker is by how much. She earned almost as much as the next nine top models combined.
Between May of 2011 and May of 2012 she is reported to have rung up $45 million dollars which is up more than $20 million over last year. Most of that comes from endorsements. Kate Moss was a distant second at $9.2 million. Natalia Vodianova was in third place with a payday of $8.6 million and Adriana Lima forth registering $7.3 million. Doutzen Kroes was fifth at $6.9 million and Alessandra Ambrosio sixth with $6.6 million. Miranda Kerr was seventh with $4 million in take home. Eight was Lara Stone with a pay stub tally of $3.8 million followed by Carolyn Murphy with $3.5 million and Candice Swanepoel with $3.1 million.
